DJ Bianca Lee’s 3-Month Fitness Transformation

Bianca’s transformation included:

1) A balanced eating plan (provided with the program).

2) Learning to lift heavy weights for resistance training with good form and effective sets.

3) Doing the right cardio for her frame and goals.

For cardio, we focused on HIIT training and met-con workouts (a mix of high-intensity cardio and resistance training with little rest). 

This combination created a beautiful frame and a healthy body for Bianca.
