How do I register?
You can register by selecting class registration located under the classes tab. You can select the class time that works for you. Please note, there are individual monthly classes, our 3 month challenge and student rates to
pick from. Please scroll down the page to review our various options.
What is the cost?
Cost in North America for Downtown Toronto is $239/ month or $ 620/ three months or for Mississauga, Durham Region, Midtown Toronto, Bloor West, Scarborough, North York and Vaughan it is $200/ month or $500/ three months
Student Rate: Full time students with appropriate ID - For Downtown Toronto -$175/ month or $475/ three months or for Mississauga, Durham Region, Midtown Toronto, Bloor West, Scarborough, North York and Vaughan it is $150/ month or $400/ three months.
Can I register multiple participants?
If you and a friend(s) would like to join Hourglass Workout together, please register separately. (The same form of payment can be used more than once). Due to our automated system, we cannot process vital information when registering under one name nor, can we ensure that registrants receive important Hourglass Workout information such as diet plans, class information, Girls Night Out information, etc. We appreciate your cooperation.
Is the student rate price available for part-time students?
The student price is only available to full time students. Anyone registering for student rate must show valid full time status to their Instructor at the beginning of each month.
Is there a refund policy?
Request 24 hours or more prior to class start: If you have registered for a class and the session has not started yet, a full refund can be issued minus a $10 administration fee if requested a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of the first day of class. You can request to transfer a class to another month a maximum of one time per registration as long as notification is sent and received to email@example.com 24 hours prior to the first day of scheduled monthly classes. Please note: once a month has been moved it is no longer able to be refunded.
Request once the session has started: Because most classes are full with a wait list, there are NO REFUNDS once the session has started as the space could have been taken by someone else but cannot be sold once the session has started. The session IS TRANSFERABLE. This means that if you cannot do the class once it has started, you can sell the session to someone else. If you want to take this option, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to update the attendance list and send out appropriate forms.
Registration cannot change in any way once the first day of class has come.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the 24 hour prior to first day refund policy. This refund policy includes but is not limited to: pregnancy, illness, work issues, unplanned business trips, family issues, and vacations. When registering you are agreeing to abide by this policy. No refunds after the refund cut-off time policy with no exceptions!
Due to the nature of the classes running full, once we pass the prior to 24 hour notice mark, classes generally run full with a wait list, so we are unable to register anyone for that space. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds outside of the terms described regardless of the cause as your participant space could have been taken by another person with proper notice.
What is included in the program?
The program includes either 16 or 11 workouts a month (depending on location) one nutrition night per month (changes from month to month), one customized holistic eating plan, and a lifestyle workshop (Downtown Toronto only). We also have an optional fun night a month that you are welcome to attend (we generally go somewhere fun ie spa, pole dancing, roller skating, etc. and then to a healthy restaurant).
**December workout schedule is different due to holidays.
I cannot attend all of the classes. Can my price be adjusted?
The price is standard, there are no make up classes or price adjustments for missed classes.
Can I switch classes according to my schedule?
_ The registration for the Hourglass Workout is by time slot, so each time slot is a different class registration. If you cannot make it to your registered time slot, you can e-mail us in advance and ask if you can switch for the day. We do try to be flexible however, the ability to switch class times is dependent upon class size and the type of workout that is planned.
Are the eating plans personalized?
Lyzabeth Lopez, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and the creator of the Hourglass Workout created varied eating plans for all different body types and food restrictions. These eating plans are included in your Hourglass Workout class registration and are customized in the sense that you can chose the one that works best for you. They were all written by Lyzabeth based on years of creating custom diets; these customized plans are broken up into groups specifically to work for a large variety of girls. The eating plans, that you can custom chose, have been very successful for all girls. There aren't any one-on-one meetings in this class, it is a group session in all classes.
Are the programs held indoors or outdoors?
Each class will have access to both an indoor and outdoor location. In colder months the majority of classes will be held indoors. During nicer weather, classes will generally be held outdoors. All girls should bring a sweater and headband to cover their ears to all classes in case we go outside.
Outdoor classes: When training outdoors, classes will meet at the normal gym location and then head to the designated destination for the day. A note will be at the front desk if the scheduled workout will be held outdoors.
What types of results can I expect?
Results will vary from person to person. We like to look at the whole person, this class is not just about weight loss or muscle gain although we do have great results in those areas. Aside from your shape changing, other results have included: clear skin, increased energy, heightened mood, reduced or completely cured bloating and gas, a better understanding of your body and how it works, a new appreciation for over-all health and self-love.
I have an injury or reoccuring pain, can I take this class?
We are happy to provide modifications to train around any injury. In any class on any day we tend to have a few people with bad knees, hip, shoulder, etc. and we work with those people to ensure that they are getting an amazing workout always! In the summer we do a bit more running so injuries where running is not possible may provide a bit more of a concern (May through September), but we can talk about this one on one if you feel this could be a concern. *Always talk to a doctor before starting any workout program.
Is this workout suitable for people with knee problems?
All Hourglass instructors are trained in the art of exercise modification. Instructors are very capable of modifying a class for people with any and all injuries to attend. You can contact your instructor if you would like to speak with them further prior to registering.
What should I wear to class?
Do NOT wear your trendiest cutest workout wear, or your hottest shoes… this is not ‘that’ kind of workout! You are there to work hard and sweat, and you may get dirty especially in the summer!!! Dress appropriately! *Good
quality shoes for your feet are important!
Does Lyzabeth teach all classes?
Lyzabeth is one of the instructors on her strong team of nationally certified and qualified professionals. Though Lyzabeth does not teach all of the classes, the workouts that are lead by Hourglass instructors (that have been hand -picked by Lyzabeth) have been specifically designed by her to create the Hourglass body that clients are seeking to achieve.

Are there shower facilities available?
Downtown Toronto: The facility has full lockers and showers. You will need to bring your own lock and towel.
