    Hi!

    Currently I am following the Hourglass Shaper at home challenge (here on the website).

    I am working out 4x a week. I remember someone asking on the call (and I thought it jotted it down) but @Lyzabeth what do you recommend in terms of the specific workouts to do for each day of the week?

    i.e. 1 upper body/arms, 1 lower body, and then what other 2?

    Should I do the HIIT, or do 2 lower body and two arm days? Or something else?

    Currently, I am just doing the daily workouts that are sent out via email (which follows the hourglass shaper track).

    Just curious if there is another way I should go about it! Thank you! 🙂

    Great question. I think if you’re doing the Hourglass Challenge follow along workouts, you’re good in following them in the order that they’re sent. The suggestion that I made is if you were choosing workouts more a la carte/mix&match style. So, you’re good with the way you’re doing it now. Just make the commitment to stick to the 4 times a week. woot woot! xo
