@Lyzabeth @Kaitlyn Should we transition Monday to this new plan or stay on sugar cleanse until desired weight loss is achieved?

        Hey!

        Honesty, it’s up to you.

You could stay with it as many people do it for three months or longer if you’re enjoying it.

You could try a week of the Holistic Reset (keeping it at the same calorie level that was working for you). Holistic Reset is from 1700-1800 cal/day. If you’re not feeling it, you could switch back after.

I think what I want to do with everyone is once they’ve finished Holistic Reset/Sugar Cleanse or FBC, is to work with you guys on creating what you’re plan will be after that so there is a plan set on how to maintain and how to continue to incorporate skills learned through these plans. We’ll do a focus on this on our Tuesday calls.

Let us know what you decide, or if you want to talk through it 😉

Ok awesome! Thanks! I just didn’t want to trigger my body to hold weight or go back up. My taste buds would love some potatoes and pancakes 😂 but I’d also love to look like a fitness competitor 😂😂😂

            A haha! fair enough.

You could also try a month of holistic reset followed by another month of sugar cleanse and then have a better idea of what felt good and what didn’t to start to build your maintenance plan 🙂

Ok I’m confused 😂 we eat 3 pancakes for 3 mornings and they’re not nasty protein pancakes? 😂 or do we make 3 and have 1 per day? I’m a bit confused with the servings.

              haha!

You split the recipe in three. How many pancakes that all depends on how big you make them 😉

You get 1 tbsp of maple syrup per day to do with them.

              Yum.. enjoy!

Note: I forgot to note that the pancake meal in this three days and smoothie bowl in the next three days should be in the slot post-workout if you worked out that day.

If you don’t workout in the morning, you should switch the pancake meal with the meal that would be considered after your workout. This note will be in the next update to the plan 🙂

      Hi,

Not yet. I always start with the Classic when creating a new plan. Once it’s complete, I create the Vegan and then Vegetarian. Sorry, it will be a minute. You could use it and put in subs for protein sources, or stick to Sugar Cleanse, FBC or Vegan plan for now.

      Hey 🙂

No, new workouts will be sent to you.

If you had any favourites, you can repeat if you like, but there are more coming 🙂

If you are doing the gym workouts – you’ll be sent the workouts starting back at day 1 for month 2.
You’ll also be sent a mixture of new OnDemand workouts, with some of the best replays from the previous series. Hope this helps!

          Hey,

I’d continue with the gym workouts until complete. It doesn’t need to be completed in a month 😉

These holistic reset meals are amazing! My hubby ate some too and loved it! Just need to get the kids on board now lol 😂 I just got round two groceries tonight and I’ll prep in the day tomorrow. I’m excited to try the recipes. I don’t love mango but I’m giving it a shot. I got salmon rather than salmon Pattie’s. I got the BCAAs and Créatine today also. Here goes nothing 🙌💪 I lost another 2lbs this week! People are noticing now. My midsection is so much smaller, my face, my arms, my body looks and feels less swollen. Also I’ve used my Apple Watch to measure some sleep lately and my REM cycles are getting better. I’m definitely getting stronger. I need new weights 😩 I need to find time to figure that out. I’m almost tempted to start back at the gym but home is just so convenient and quiet. Hubby and I booked a trip to Jamaica end of May to celebrate doing this journey. We’ve been married 11year and He’s never been on an airplane w me. So that’s exciting. This challenge has brought so many positive things.

Yay what an amazing update! New weights is exciting, the adjustable ones are great if you are looking to build your home gym. But so many great leg machines at the gym-gym so I see your dilemma. My condo gym is quite sad so I have also been thinking about signing up someplace as well… I miss the leg press and the abductor machine lol.

@Jasmine you’re doing so great! I really enjoyed your checkin on the call when I listened to the replay. I only go to the actual gym 1 day per week and do the rest at home because like you I benefit from the time saving of at home. I chose the inexpensive option for gym membership (fit4less) as it didn’t feel like a waste of money to only spend $10-$15 per month. Like @Kaitlyn said, I wanted the leg press and abductor day.

Thank you so much. Yes I think I might do the same. I have a fit4less beside my house. 🙂
