    Hey everyone! Are you joining the 3 month challenge? Use this discussion to introduce yourself and get to know one another :).

    Hi I’m Kaitlyn one of the Hourglass OnDemand Instructor’s and the Director of Operations. You’ll be hearing a lot from me via email during the challenge and here on the wall.     Hi everyone! I am Charlene and glad to be doing this challenge and to be part of this group. I am a secondary English teacher and currently doing my Masters of Education, all while raising a 2.5 year old little boy with my husband. I am a huge fitness and yoga enthusiast, which my son clearly knows because he always sees me working out or doing some sort of stretch session.

    I was first introduced to @Lyzabeth and her program back in 2015, but it wasn’t until September 2017 that I signed up and bought the FBC, OG workout bundle and the holistic eating guide. When I started, I was fully invested and committed – I saw results. I cleansed my body with her program, dropped body fat and gained healthy muscle in order to prepare my body for pregnancy. Fast forward, I have tried other trainers on YouTube (due to pandemic) and yes, I liked what they had to offer, but I always came back to @Lyzabeth program and discipline because it just works – 100% works; works for me, my type A personality, and my body type responds well when I actively follow the guides to how they are supposed to be followed – it’s tried tested and true. I did her TWL APP shredder program when I was postpartum – certainly worked at my own pace and to what extent my pelvic floor could handle, and it was all so satisfying. @Lyzabeth brand is a real one that is near and dear to my heart.

      SO encouraging to hear that this has already worked for someone in the group! Of course, I can see all the success stories shared on the website, but it’s nice to know and see one of the faces on the weekly chats or discussion board!

    Hi all! I am Elizabeth. I live in the United States- FL- and work as an Emergency Room RN. Last year I really came to the realization that I want overall health-weight loss/shaping, spiritual wellness, healthy mind and better relationships with whomever I come to know! It started around November and that’s when I found Hourglass. Love the weekly calls, it has been so, so helpful and keeps me accountable. I am a BEGINNER when it comes to weightlifting lol. I really just like running. Anyway, I am hoping for the combo of the workouts/meal plan and moreover the community are what will help to shape all of these areas of my life, or at least point me in the right direction! I don’t know how each of us ended up here at the same time but hoping we can help each other every step of the way during our individual and group journey. 🙂

    Hi Everyone!

    I will try to make a short introduction. I’m Linda, and I’ve been an Hourglass member since June 2022 and have found the coaching calls very motivating. I used TWL products prior to 2022 and I loved the muscles that I gained. I miss that body! Fast forward, I’ve been prepping myself for a challenge like this one for a while since having surgery last December. I will be celebrating a milestone birthday this year and I feel that I now have the tools to achieve my ideal physique. Thank you Hourglass for helping me learn how to show up for myself. Let’s do this!

    Hi ladies, this will be my first challenge. I needed a kick start back into a healthier lifestyle. I’m on office manager full-time, a part-time baker, a board member for the Ronald McDonald House in my area, a mom to a soon-to-be 30 year old and live with my fianceé. I’m hoping to be inspired by everyone in this group and looking forward to this challenge. I just turned 50 and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2017. It’s been tough trying to maintain a healthy weight but I’m not giving up.

    One question, can I submit my “before” photo on Sunday?

    Hey everyone! I’m Kelisha ☺️ I am a stay at home mom of 3 living in the mountains of Grande Cache, AB. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety since I was 16 and I am 32 now 😅 and whenever I start exercising I find that it does help my chronic illness. So I decided to go against my husband request and signed up for The Hourglass Challenge. 😜 I am hoping this challenge and group will help me stay accountable and succeed in getting my health back in check.

    Started the 3 month challenge on the 9th i have not uploaded my pictures yet, was last minute decision. Feeling motivated by all of you guys that are so pumped.

    I want to do this because last time I didn’t finish and felt I failed felt bad, now its time to challenge myself again, wish me luck i will need it. I have learned so much in the coach calls makes it easier to follow the program now. I’m doing the gym workout program and sugar cleanse. Let’s go !!
