You can buy the brand Calm (calcium and magnesium) drink mix. You can also just take a magnesium before bed, or you can skip if you sleep well and feel you’re getting adequate cal/mg already 🙂 If not, it’s a fun one to add and tastes sweet, so it feels like a snack during sugar cleanse, lol. xo

I take magnesium as a pill 💊 before bed, but will try calm as well, I’m in sugar cleanse a like Lyza says would be like a little taste before bed 🙂
