Hi Lyzabeth, I am looking for if you can give me advise on Miso soup cubes. I couldn’t find from my local food store. I started looking at amazon. There are two options there link below, one is paste and another one is in cube. The one in paste seems organic and there are nutritional facts given, but the one with cubes doesn’t have nutritional facts given. Which one should I get? Thank you!

Hey,
The Hikari looks better to me.
Just be sure that you don’t boil the water with the miso in it.
The natural probiotics in it will be killed if the water is too hot 🙂
