While she did take part and win our Hourglass Workout three-month challenge, twice, Ada stayed with our program for many years. These photos are showing her long-term results as she was able to maintain her curvy, fit slim frame over the years.

Ada, a busy professional wanted to get healthy, fit, and keep her curves and she did just that!

At Hourglass Workout, we also push our cardio sessions to the max. We believe in working smarter and doing very effective but short cardio sessions.
In this video, Ada and the crew are doing the Treadmill Hell workout from my TWL Workout App. Ada is working at a speed of 5.0 and an incline of 15.0. In this protocol, you are not allowed to run. Walking at this speed is VERY challenging and really gets the heart rate up for maximum fat-burning potential.
