This is aintense metabolic conditioning class. In this class, you’ll be challenged to the max with a combination of fat burning HIIT and hard-hitting strength training with very little rest. At the end of the class, you’ll be treated to a full body athletic stretch. Equipment for the class could include: treadmills, squat racks, TRX’s kettle bells and more, all in one class.
