This is a metabolic conditioning class that will focus on a mix of core training (abs & lower back) with HIIT cardio. This combination of slow and fast movement will send your metabolism soaring into fat burning mode while cinching your waist, shaping your 6-pack and strengthening your lower back. 

ABS & BOOTY

This class will give you the perfect combination of abdominal and glute exercises. This is one of our Hourglass Workout trademark classes for rounding out the glutes while narrowing the waist-line. This class will help you build out that sexy Hourglass-Body!

BOOTY BUILDER

This is a strength training class that will focus on the proper form & technique for resistance training of the legs & glutes. The goal of this class is to add curves to the butt & hip area while creating feminine shapely legs. To do this, we perform large muscle movements, for example: heavy squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more! 

BOXING & ABS

This class will focus on variety of boxing skills, drills and abdominal exercises through high intensity fat burning, and ab sculpting drills!*Pads, gloves and bags will be provided for all participants. Feel free to bring your own if you like. *wraps not provided.

BOXING & UPPER BODY

This class will focus on variety of boxing skills, drills & upper body exercises through high-intensity fat burning and upper body sculpting drills! *Pads, gloves and bags will be provided for all participants. *wraps not provided.

FULL BODY MADNESS

This is a metabolic conditioning class that will focus on a mix of resistance training and super sweaty HIIT cardio. This combination of slow and fast movement will send your metabolism soaring into fat burning mode while building enviable curves.

HOURGLASS SHAPER

This is a strength training class that will focus on proper form & technique in resistance training hitting the entire body. The goal of this class is to build lean sexy muscles for an hourglass shape using our special Hourglass training techniques.

KETTLE BELL HELL

This class will work with kettle bells to challenge your muscular endurance while shaping and toning your body. This is a challenging class teaching coordination and skill through dynamic strength training. All moves will be broken down for easy learning. Feel free to bring (old school stretchy terry cloth wrist bands to protect your wrists)

LOWER BODY MADNESS

This is a metabolic conditioning class that focuses on a mix of resistance training and super sweaty HIIT cardio. This combination of slow and fast movement will send your metabolism soaring into fat burning mode while building enviable legs & glutes.

OUT DOOR DRILLS & TOYS

This class is an outdoor class using natures setting as part of the enjoyment & intensity of the class which may include hills, benches, stairs, tracks, and grassy fields. We additionally may bring some outdoor specific equipment. You can lock your personal belongings at the studio prior to class. Please wear shoes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty and bring a water bottle & small towel

PILATES

Join us for a series of exercises and stretches that will help tighten your core and cinch your waistline. These exercises are designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 

This is an hour and 15 minute long strength and conditioning class. You will learn the major lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, pull ups and many many more. Extra time will be spent learning form and technique for maximum strength gains.

SEXY BACK & ARMS

This is a strength training class that will focus on proper form & technique for resistance training of the upper body. The goal of this class is to build lean, sexy back, chest, shoulder & arm muscles.

SUPER SWEATY

This is a HIIT class (high intensity interval training). This class will focus on the full body using high-intensity cardio drills. This class is sure to make you sweat with the goal of mega fat burning & full body toning. You may continue to burn calories for up to 48 hours following the class due to intensity!

UPPER BODY MADNESS

This is a metabolic conditioning class that will focus on a mix of resistance training and super sweaty HIIT training. This combination of slow and fast movement will send your metabolism soaring into fat burning mode while building enviable upper body muscles.

UPPER BODY SHRED 

This HIIT class (high intensity interval training) will focus on the upper body muscles using high-intensity fat burning drills. This class is sure to make you sweat with the goal chiseling and toning your way to sexy shoulders, back and arms.

CARDIO BOOTY

This is a HIIT class (high intensity interval training) that will focus on lower body muscles using high-intensity fat burning drills. This class is sure to make you sweat with the goal of leaning and toning your legs while building your booty!

WEEKEND WARRIOR

This is aintense metabolic conditioning class. In this class, you’ll be challenged to the max with a combination of fat burning HIIT and hard-hitting strength training with very little rest. At the end of the class, you’ll be treated to a full body athletic stretch. Equipment for the class could include: treadmills, squat racks, TRX’s kettle bells and more, all in one class. Prepare yourself for a fat burning, muscle building frenzy!
