    I know most of you are writing in the Holistic Reset Group for this topic, but I realized that some girls watching the replays are missing out on links from the coaching call conversations 😆.

    Yesterday’s call was on the Habits Challenge Week 3 – Water + Better Sleep + Regular Workouts.

    Jocelyn mentioned a mediation link she enjoys in the morning to start her day with a positive outlook. I tried it this morning and loved it. It’s super similar to how I used to end each Hourglass Class during our stretch. We would lay down and relax all our muscles and take deep breaths and picture our great day ahead and be grateful. I could start my day with this regularly. It was only 12 minutes, and I turned it on the right when I woke. Once I’m healed up and teaching again, I’ll definitely lead one of these just for our girls as well, along with a flexibility stretch that can be added at the end of any workout… Thank you for the awesome share Jocelyn. Lmk if anyone else gave it a try 🙂

    I didn’t see it until about 20 minutes ago, so I did not start my day with it, but when I did see it, I stopped what I was doing and listened to it too. Very relaxing! It is a bit longer than what I would like, but it could also be that meditation isn’t something I have really prioritized before. So I think I would prefer a shorter one, but again that could just be that I am not used to it.

    What I would like to know is if anyone also has podcasts or something they like to listen to on their walks besides music. I filter through different ones but I am always looking for something new!
