    Sounds like you’re making a lot of great progress with reducing your sugar @Charlene ! 👏

    Here’s what helped me a lot when I did this Challenge:

    1. Followed Sugar Cleanse food plan , but in week 2-3 chose to add 1 whole fruit a day as well as 1 grain/quinoa/oatmeal 4x per week. I wanted to make this sustainable. So lower sugar for sure than what I was eating before (cookies, candy). Yet not cutting out healthy foods like an apple once a day.
    2. I read this article and it gave me hope and some direction about changing my palate which is what I really wanted…

    1. I learned about the different craving types (I’m a Stressed Craver, and Fatigue Craver), and the Quiz was eye opening. This podcast & Quiz explains…

    1. Lyzabeth’s Sugar Cleanse was a super foundation for the food & starting supplements. I learned the Glutamine 3x a day in the Sugar Cleanse is the amino my Stressed craving type needed; but based on the guidance in Ross’s book I tweaked the time when I took it & how I took it. As well, the Fatigue Craver benefits from another amino acid so I added that in following the clear guidance.

    I am doing Lyzabeth’s workouts 5x per week as well.

    I feel amazing!!!! The best I’ve felt in many years. And to not be controlled by my desire for a sugar hit or treat is like freedom. 🙌

    So thoughtful! I read that article and listening in on that podcast you shared. Will try to take the quiz too later today. Love learning new information-especially if it helps to reduce cravings! Glad you found something that works for you. 🙂
