    Just wondering if we can go over inputting the food diary in MFP. A short demo during a coaching call would be great since this is my first trial with food diaries.

    That would be great. I was also having a hard time trying to understand how to set the break down of macros in MFP. I’m following the 2000 meal plan but when I enter todays meals in MFP it gave me 20%carbs 30% protein and 50% fat for the day. I just want to make sure I’m doing that right . The fat seemed really high.

      Yes for the sugar cleanse the fat and protein are high while carbs are kept med-low so those numbers seem correct.

    Good questions! Maybe @Kaitlyn and I can tag team on doing some answers on IG on the HourglassWorkout IG page showing some of these more detailed q&a’s on lives or stories so you don’t have to wait until Tuesday for a one on one reply..
