    It’s almost time! We officially start on January 9th. Here are a few things to get you started!

    1) Take your start photos – front, side, and back and send them in.

    2) Purchase a food scale if you don’t have one. Try to stay under $40. Mine was $25 when I purchased it.

    3) Get signed up on myfitnesspal or chronometer and get familiar with it. These are apps in the app store. The free version should be fine.

    4) Choose the calorie level that you’ll be using – if you’re not sure how to choose, there are details in the eating plan and in the how-to-start videos in the coaching calls. You can also ask for assistance below.

    5) Choose if you’ll be working out at home/gym or both.

    6) Decide how many days a week you’ll be training. What days and times? Schedule at least your first week in your daily planner/calendar.

    7) Choose which day(s) that you’ll be grocery shopping and meal prepping. Add that to your calendar as well.

    This should be a good list to get you started if you’re already doing all of this; kudos on your healthy habits! It will be that much easier for you once we start. xoxo
