    Are the benefits/objectives of the different pre-breakfast liquids in the Sugar Cleanse the same, or does each one have a different benefit or purpose? For example, perhaps ACV water in week 1 does something for gut health, maybe lemon water week 2 & 4 liver health, chlorophyll nutrient boost? Iā€™d like to learn as it helps it stick long-term for me as a tool. @lyza @Kaitlyn

    Yes, each one has a different benefit:

    – chlorophyll – think of it as the blood of the plant – I like to remember the three D’s: detox, digestion and deodorize. It also includes vitamins and minerals

    – ACV – may assist with blood sugar levels and digestion + antioxidants and good bacteria

    – lemon water – can assist with digestion and help you poop in the morning if taken when you wake.
