Good morning everyone!
I wanted to start a conversation about starting good habits and creating a morning routine that we can stick to. I believe that having a consistent morning routine can set the tone for the rest of the day and help us be more productive and focused.
I’ve been doing this routine for the last few months and I update it regularly, adding and removing what is needed at the time. My current routine includes:
-Oil pulling and brushing my teeth
-Preparing my workout water (with BCAA’s)
-Preparing my daily water intake (2L with lemon and celtic sea salt)
-Taking probiotics, vitamin C, and zinc
-Drinking an espresso
-Dressing for the gym
-Going to the gym (today’s workout is [insert workout link or name])
-Taking a walk while listening to an audiobook (currently listening to [insert current book])
-Showering and using red light therapy and a skin routine
-Dressing
-Making breakfast and taking vitaminsI would love to hear from all of you about your current morning routine, if you have one. Let’s share tips and tricks on how we can create a morning routine that works for us and helps us start our day off on the right foot.
