    Hi everyone!!!Just curious what workout calendar or schedule everyone would be following for the challenge?I definitely want to grow my booty but also have tons of stomach fat to go!

    Great question! I still have to look through the different options of workouts- I have both the app plus the workouts listed here. I am going to look at the Hourglass Shaper vs Hourglass shaper on the website. I don’t know if there is a major difference or not in the workout themselves, I have to look through them. Was trying to save the shredder for month 2 or 3.

    Which one are you thinking of doing?

      Hi!So I have the app,the original gym workouts and on demand.I’m not strong enough yet to do the original gym workouts only.So I’m leaning in your direction of a mash up.And yes I was going to wait on the shredder and debating on hourglass or curve builder(even though I have weight to lose)I hate making choices Lol.

        Ya! I overall want to lose weight, not gain, but I know that’s not the entire focus of this month. So once I actually really read over to compare, I am hoping to be able to figure out what would be the best weight options and workout to use. When I do, I will come back and let you know. Let me know too if you learn something new! lol

    @Kaitlyn will the live/on demand workouts be on this website in a program form like the other on demand programs here or how does it work?
