Kinar was already a knock-out with a rocking body when she started the 3-Month Hourglass Workout Muscle Challenge. Kinar’s goal was to get strong, fit, and healthy and to add tone and curves to her slim frame.

Kinar followed the Hourglass Workout protocol increasing the weights on her resistance training to allow for added size & curves. This heavy progressive overload style added feminine curves to Kinar’s frame in the form of lines and cuts, showing off some of the definition in her abs and legs.
