Yay what an amazing update! New weights is exciting, the adjustable ones are great if you are looking to build your home gym. But so many great leg machines at the gym-gym so I see your dilemma. My condo gym is quite sad so I have also been thinking about signing up someplace as well… I miss the leg press and the abductor machine lol.

If you are doing the gym workouts – you’ll be sent the workouts starting back at day 1 for month 2.
You’ll also be sent a mixture of new OnDemand workouts, with some of the best replays from the previous series. Hope this helps! -
Yes for the sugar cleanse the fat and protein are high while carbs are kept med-low so those numbers seem correct.
