From my experience working with supplement companies in the past. They’ve always said it just loses some efficacy over the years past expiry, but it’s not dangerous. I can’t say that’s true for all supplements ie I wouldn’t use expired fish oil, but it can be true for some. Might be best to email the company and ask just to be sure. Most companies will have an email or phone number listed. 🙂

@Jasmine for creatine, where the thought in the past was that you needed to cycle off for kidney health, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. For everything I’ve read, that seems to have been disproven. You can still double check with your doctor, but it seems that you can continue on until desired effect and then restart again when you’d like. I’d suggest coming off for summer to reduce any water retention it may have caused if needed.
I plan to start mine on Monday next week as well:)

Hey @Erica-W
Sorry, I didn’t see the tag. I think you have to tag my full name for it to email me 😉
Yes, each one has a different benefit:
– chlorophyll – think of it as the blood of the plant – I like to remember the three D’s: detox, digestion and deodorize. It also includes vitamins and minerals
– ACV – may assist with blood sugar levels and digestion + antioxidants and good bacteria
– lemon water – can assist with digestion and help you poop in the morning if taken when you wake.

Hey,
I’m not a fan of sucralous as a sweetner.
I would look for one without artificial sweetners like sucralos.
Also ensure that it has roughly a 2:1:1 ration of leucine to isoleucine and valine.

Yasss! You know I love these types of updates!
I’m 100% good with you working on one habit at a time. Really make it stick and then add another one when ready. Hubs adds one habit each year, and each one sticks for life – he’s been doing this for around 20 years. I like to add a few, see what sticks, then, anything that doesn’t stick, I try to add in a different way i.e. try a different workout time of day, move where I store supplements to see if it will help me remember etc.
Regardless, the best way to life-long health is to real nail down the important habits like 3L of water a day. I’m excited for you and I’m glad that you’re in touch with your body and notice the positive changes 🙂 woot woo!

Hey,
I’d continue with the gym workouts until complete. It doesn’t need to be completed in a month 😉

haha!
You split the recipe in three. How many pancakes that all depends on how big you make them 😉
You get 1 tbsp of maple syrup per day to do with them.
Yum.. enjoy!
Note: I forgot to note that the pancake meal in this three days and smoothie bowl in the next three days should be in the slot post-workout if you worked out that day.
If you don’t workout in the morning, you should switch the pancake meal with the meal that would be considered after your workout. This note will be in the next update to the plan 🙂

No, new workouts will be sent to you.
If you had any favourites, you can repeat if you like, but there are more coming 🙂
