What is your favorite thing about the hourglass Workout?
My favourite thing about the Hourglass workout is that it creates an atmosphere of support and inclusiveness of all participants.
What changes have you noticed since starting the Hourglass Workout? (ie energy, skin, weight loss, healthier lifestyle, etc)
Since starting the hourglass workout I have notice an increase in my energy and endurance. When I first joined I was troubled with a knee injury and finding it very difficult to go up and down stairs. After the first 2 months of classes there was a noticeable improvement with my knee to the point where I can now run long distances. I have incorporated exercise into my daily routine and am now working towards my goal of optimal health!
What would you say to someone thinking about starting the hourglass workout?
If you want to see a noticeable difference in your health then the hourglass workout is worth joining. You have to be willing to put in the work, which involves sweat and pain. You will feel muscles you never knew existed!

I find the workouts very challenging and adjustable to everyone’s fitness level. I like that some classes are held outdoors weather permitting, offering a variety of exercises that can be easily incorporated into my routine outside of class
At the nutrition workshop you learn about alternative health and a cleaner way of eating, which was one of my main reasons for joining the hourglass workout. Coming from a strong health and wellness background myself, I find that Lyzabeth is a wonderful source to draw on from her wealth of knowledge.
Through this wonderful network Lyzabeth has created I have gained many lasting friendships of a solid support team of like-minded women who are all dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. There are a variety of different activates from going out for a healthy dinner to relaxing at the spa which creates a nice social atmosphere for bonding
Lyzabeth has a very positive attitude and is very inspiring. Even when I feel I can’t do something she is there on the sideline encouraging me. She acknowledges everyone’s achievements!
I like the fact that Lyzabeth’s classes are taught form the holistic aspect in regards to nutrition and looks at how food can be used to heal the body. The holistic aspect also encompasses the emotional and spiritual well being of a person, which is something that Lyzabeth takes into consideration of all members of her class.
The eating plan is a wonderful guideline for healthy eating filled with alternative food choices. It also offers a lot of variety so you don’t feel you are eating the same thing over and over.

Lyzabeth practices what she preaches which makes her an ideal role model. What more can I say ….She is awesome!
