Susy’s Hourglass Fitness Model Transformation

Susy did a beautiful job prepping for her fitness competition with the Hourglass Workout Classes. She’s a dedicated, hard-worker and it shows in her results of a beautiful symmetrical fit physique.

Stunning lines and symmetry 

Susy trained hard using progressive overload, increasing her weights consistently as her strength grew to ensure she would build new muscle. 

She also went hard on the sprint-style HIIT drills and met-con drills for ultimate fat-burning potential. 

Susy did not miss any classes and was very consistent with her training & nutrition. Susy followed the Classic Eating Plan along with the Hourglass Workout classes. She adjusted her macros for the month leading up to the fitness competition shown in the blue bikini above.
