Welcome to Hourglass! These terms explain how our website, programs, and membership work, and what we can expect from each other. By using hourglassworkout.com or joining any Hourglass program, you agree to these terms, so please give them a read.

Hourglass Workout is operated by Holistically Fit Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada.

Your membership

When you join the Hourglass Membership, you get access to the Hourglass app, workouts, eating guides, live group coaching calls and replays, and our member community for as long as your membership is active. What’s included may grow and change over time as we improve the program.

Your login is just for you. Please don’t share it or share member content outside the membership.

Billing

Your membership renews automatically each month at the price shown when you joined, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. Your card is charged on the same date each month.

If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll try again and let you know. If we can’t collect payment, your access may be paused until it’s sorted out.

If we ever change the price of your membership, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Just email info@hourglassworkout.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date and we’ll take care of it. You’ll keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

Because you get instant access to everything when you join, payments aren’t refunded once a billing period has started. If something goes wrong or you’re unhappy, please reach out. We always want to hear from you.

Your health comes first

Hourglass programs are for general fitness and nutrition education. They aren’t medical advice and don’t replace care from your doctor or another health professional.

Please check with your doctor before starting any new exercise or eating plan, especially if you’re pregnant, postpartum, managing a health condition, recovering from an injury, or taking medication. Listen to your body, modify or stop any exercise that doesn’t feel right, and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or anything unusual.

By joining, you agree that you take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

Results

Every body is different. The results shared on our website and social media are real, but they aren’t typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on things like your consistency, starting point, health, and lifestyle.

Our community

Our community is a supportive, kind space, and we’d love your help keeping it that way. Please be respectful, keep other members’ posts, photos, and stories private, and don’t use the community to sell or promote anything. We may remove posts or end access for anyone who makes the space feel unsafe for others.

Live calls

Our live coaching calls may be recorded and shared with members as replays. If you’d rather not appear in a replay, you can keep your camera off and ask your questions in the chat.

Our content

All workouts, eating guides, recipes, videos, and other materials in Hourglass belong to Holistically Fit Inc. They’re for your personal use only. Please don’t copy, resell, or share them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to make Hourglass safe, helpful, and available whenever you need it, but we can’t promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Holistically Fit Inc. and its team aren’t responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that comes from using our programs or website, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue came up.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are important, we’ll let members know by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Hourglass after that means you accept the updated terms.

The fine print

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
