Amanda’s Super-Fit Postpartum Transformation

Amanda, a stunning fit-mom and busy nursing student, is an integral part of our Hourglass Workout Online Community (aka TrainWithLyzabeth Community). 

She participates in the Gym Training part of the workouts, which incorporates heavy progressive overload resistance training, HIIT drills & Sprints for the most part. 

Amanda was part of the beta group that tested the Sugar Cleanse and TWL APP. Her feedback helped shape the program. We have a phenomenal supportive online community who not only support and lift each other up but also help me each time we have a new program to release to help ensure that it’s fun, easy to follow, and effective. 

Being a part of the beta group meant she spent a reasonable amount of time eating sugar cleanse-based and flat belly challenge-based recipes and trying out almost every workout in the TWL APP. All of this testing helped create a close-knit community chatting about how each workout, recipe, or meal prep session went. It also forced the participants to monitor how they were improving not just in weight loss or muscle gain but also in non-weight loss-related benefits. These included benefits like better skin, improved mood, more energy, etc. I am forever grateful to Amanda and the fantastic team that helped to test these programs. They would never be as awesome as they are without their invaluable feedback. I’m so happy that Amanda also saw such fit and healthy results from the program. A special thank you to Amanda for being a great friend and an amazing person in our community who I always look forward to chatting with.
